IC Vibrating Feeders and Screens handle all types of bulk solids, whether large lumps or very fine grains, whether wet or dry, whether abrasive such as scrap, flux and sinter. Available in sizes from a few tons up to almost 3000 tons per hour capacities, these equipment have proven themselves in all core industries.
IC Vibratory Linear Motion Screens are designed to cope with medium to large bulk solid flows, operating with equally great success in the Mining, Iron and Steel, Coal, Ore Dressing, Cement, Fertilizer, Chemical, Refractory/Ceramics and many other industries. Operating in the supercritical range and nonrestrained, the linear motion screens are driven by the renowned Gearbox exciters, proven for many decades.
Relatively smaller size of linear motion machines can also be offered with a wide range of Unbalance Motor exciters. The linear motion screens are made up of sub-assemblies Huck/lock-bolted together, enabling wear parts to be readily replaced. Drive is from standard AC motor via cardan shaft.
Sizes range up to 4 m wide and to 9 m long and capacities up to 3000 tph depending upon the cut point and material characteristics.
Vibrating screens mounted on trolleys are offered suitable for transverse or longitudinal movement. Trolley movement can be either manual or motorised. Special jack pads and wedge block mounting ensure that load is off the wheels when screening machine is in operation.
The various versions of this type of Vibro Screens permit its use for wet and dry screening, coarse and fine separations and are widely used in steel mills, mineral beneficiation plants, chemical, mining, food and fertilizer industries, coal preparation plants and many others.
The main characteristic is OPERATIONAL RELIABILITY to suit the widest possible range of precise requirements.
The steep angle of throw prevents mesh blinding, which permits maximum screening efficiency. The operating speed range normally varies between 1000 - 1500 rpm.
The screening machine is driven directly through a cardan shaft. The vibrating element is a through shaft, mounted in the two screen webs and fitted with unbalance segments. All clamping parts and screen mats are easily changed.
Available in single and double deck versions, the size range includes machines up to 2.5 m wide x 6.5 m long. Capacity range up to 1200 tons per hour depending upon separation size and material characteristics.
